Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 April 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Heol website and any related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Leximos Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Heol is an AI-powered workspace product currently in pre-launch. The Service currently consists of:

  • An informational landing page describing the product
  • A waitlist sign-up to receive early access notifications

The full Heol product, when launched, will connect third-party tools (such as email, calendar, messaging, and task management applications) into a unified intelligent workspace. Separate terms will apply to the full product and will be presented before you gain access.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you provide your email address and consent to receive communications from us about Heol, including launch announcements and product updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing contact@leximos.com.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, a specific launch date, or any particular features.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design elements, and software — is the property of Leximos Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including fake email addresses)
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may reference or link to third-party services (Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, Jira, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Product descriptions, features, and screenshots on this website represent our current vision and may change before or after launch. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will be available in the final product.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leximos Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which, for waitlist users, is zero).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leximos Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to waitlist subscribers or by posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, these Terms will remain in effect to the extent they relate to actions taken before termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
